AEW is taking over the fully let Four Parx Weiterstadt, on behalf of a fund for French private investors.
The business park was developed by Four Parx, on a 13,390 sqm site "Im Rödling" in the Weiterstadt business park. The property comprises three buildings, offering a total of 7,100 sqm of usable space (5,800 sqm warehouse space and 1,309 sqm office space).
With a lease from a public body, the developer achieved full occupancy at the beginning of 2024.
Special attention has been paid to sustainability. In addition to a largely CO2-neutral air-conditioning system, the specially developed building concept also includes the pre-installation of a photovoltaic roof system. Four Parx has also taken account of the transport revolution by installing 8 e-charging stations and flora and fauna has been considered, including the installation of bee hotels. All surface water will be infiltrated on site.
The park was awarded a gold certificate by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) for this sustainable concept.
The property was completed in Q3 2024 and is conveniently located close to the A5 motorway and 20 minutes from Frankfurt Cargo Airport.
