Nova-Ambiente assists M7 Real Estate with the acquisition of light industrial and logistics assets.

Nova-Ambiente has advised M7 on a total of €91 million of property acquisitions in Portugal since 2018 by providing environmental due diligence and environmental transaction support.

The sites were located primarilt in the Lisbon and Porto areas but also encompassed secondary locations such as Evora and Aveiro. We would not have been able to do this without the expert support of Antonio Romao and the project management skills of Almudena Thomas.
