Palmira Capital Partners has made a further investment for the European Core Logistics Fund (ECLF) with a logistics centre in Ghent. This is ECLF's first acquisition in Belgium.
The property, which was completed in 2022, is a state-of-the-art distribution centre in the North Sea port of Ghent. Situated on a plot of approximately 160,795 square metres, the property has a lettable area of approximately 75,050 square metres
and is fully let to full-service logistics provider Eutraco NV.
Ambiente Deutschland GmbH was responsible for all environmental aspects.
