Nova Ambiente provides advice to Palmira on their purchase of logistics properties in Hamburg and Norderstedt
Palmira acquired a commercial park in Hamburg with around 4,000 square meters of leasable space. The property was completed in 1996 and modernized in 2011.
A cross-dock parcel distribution center was acquired in Norderstedt (built in 2013). Located on an approximately 72,600-square-meter site, the property includes approximately 20,000 square meters of leasable space.
