We’ve created an online collaborative environmental management platform called Ambio to achieve the best results and work together with property managers and asset managers. This platform also provides access to a database containing a full record of environmental information for each asset. It provides real-time status reports for individual assets and overview reporting for a specific fund or group of assets. Think of it as your online data room, with restricted access for third parties as required.

We provide construction loan management services to a number of debt clients. A typical project scope usually starts with an initial assessment of the project viability, when we undertake review of the tender documents, BoQ, contractor bids, the developer QS reports etc.
